An estate agent is a person whose job involves selling and renting out buildings and land for clients. If you’re selling your home and you’ve hired an estate agent to help you, you’re the client and you deserve a good service. If you feel as though your estate agent is not doing a good enough job, then you need to find a way to rectify the problem. You could get a friend, or a friend of a friend, to pretend they’re interested in your property to see what kind of service they get, or you could be honest and frank and speak to them for yourself. It’s up to the estate agent to find the right buyer, and any potential buyers should understand the benefits of your home. If you have gone  several months without any leads whatsoever, it could be time to switch to another estate agent.
